The Long Creek Community Club is growing!

We want to engage and support the community by encouraging and hosting more activities. 

At this time, we are offering free membership!  Anyone interested can fill out a brief contact form online (below) or a paper form (available at the community center) to register and join the club. One per household.  

Registering helps us identify our audience and ensures we are able to contact club members about future events.  Thank you!
